Zhan Zhuang Qi Gong Step 0.1 – Warm Up Exercises

3 warm up exercises:

  1. Rotate the shoulders. Raise your arms up into the air as if you are lifting up a ball. When your hands reach the top, bring them down back to the starting position. Make 30 complete circles
  2. Rotate the hips. Rotate your hips 30 times to the left and 30 times to the right
  3. Rotate the knees. Rotate your hips 30 times to the left and 30 times to the right
