A client said that to me recently. A quick look at her relocated chart shows that Uranus is within 4° of her IC. This would suggest a radical change, disruption, a sense of unpredictability, etc to her personal life, home and family. She would probably dislike the Uranian energies as she’s high in fixity in her birth chart.
A fortune telling interpretation of South Node within 3° of her ASC would suggest that she’s diminished in Sydney Australia while her partner is enhanced. Actually, her move to Sydney is due to her partner’s prompting.
Also, Chiron is on her relocated 3rd. So, she might feel wounded when it comes to communication with the Aussies! (and of course, there’s many other interpretations, not just this!)
