3 warm up exercises:
- Rotate the shoulders. Raise your arms up into the air as if you are lifting up a ball. When your hands reach the top, bring them down back to the starting position. Make 30 complete circles
- Rotate the hips. Rotate your hips 30 times to the left and 30 times to the right
- Rotate the knees. Rotate your hips 30 times to the left and 30 times to the right
